We are definitely being hit hard with jet lag. We thought we had it all down to an art form. The first night, we slept for about twelve hours, then the second night, we got about ten hours. We have been very active, swimming and walking, and even working out in the gym, but by the third night, we couldn't get to sleep, and ended up really tired and miserable the next day.
Not quite sure what the magic formula is other than having a longer vacation that gives you more time to adjust. Now that's an idea. I don't know how people go to Europe for a week. You're just exhausted. Oh well, I guess that's what strong black coffee is for.
We're just squeaking into breakfast, so it's not all bad. Until the next time, thanks for reading, and thanks to RIC for the pic.
