Well,
I was a little disappointed in iTunes because I thought they were
blowing me off, but they did finally respond to my inquiry and asked
that I be patient. Fair enough, though I'm not sure what's so
complicated about this. A card was purchased, it didn't work, and the
consumer should get their money back. Am I so crazy to think this
way?
Still
pursuing other avenues to resolve this, but I have to say, the delay
in finding a resolution is baffling to me.
