We had a busy market, and managed to sell out of every dumpling we’d brought with us. This is good and bad. On the bright side, business was good, and we were working the whole time, cranking out the goodies. On the other hand, it’s a bit daunting because not only do we have to make a substantial number of dumplings, but clearly the Summer crowd has arrived, and now we have to ramp up production. All in the midst of so many things going on, it really makes you (at least me) miss Winter, where we can pretty much relax and ski all day. Then again, this Winter we may have hockey to contend with, so no rest for the weary.
