I’ve been buying raw honey at Stern’s, and it’s reasonably priced, but I found a new source, and it’s very local. One of the women at the local market has her own hives and sells quart jars of local, raw honey. It doesn’t get any more local than that. Plus, it's not expensive, and we can support the local market. I realized that I should stock up for the Winter, because once the market ends, I’m not sure I can get it anymore. Then again, she’s our neighbor, so that shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
