Foiling the Skeptic

I should know better than to ever doubt the kids. They wanted to make the Charlie Brown Christmas tree outside and I told them it was harder than they might have thought. They didn't care, they wanted to do it and get it done before mom got home.

It getting late and I had to make dinner, but I figured if they wanted to try, go ahead and learn it the hard way.

Well, half an hour later, sure enough, they got it done, and did a beautiful job. A made sure to tell me that it wasn't such a big deal, and I'm glad for that. Shame on me for being such a skeptic.
