I can't offer any explanation for this, but the check engine light went out again. Not that I'm complaining, I'm actually stoked about this fact, but am at a loss as to what's going on. It went out when we switched gasoline, and then it went on again when I changed the air filter. I toyed with the idea of just putting the old one back in to get the light to go out, but the car ran noticeably better with the new filter. I then changed the oil and after about a week, the light went out again.
Strange, don't you think? Now, if it'll just stay off until after we get the car inspected. Here's to keeping our fingers crossed.
